ABOUT JORGE

I’m a coach and educator who helps experienced lifters and fellow coaches remove the guesswork and make real progress by aligning their effort with what actually matters. My background in biomechanics, years of hands-on and remote coaching, and my role teaching coaches through Pre-Script have allowed me to work with everyone from lifestyle clients to professional athletes and high-level practitioners.

Coaching and teaching are what keep me at the front of the field. They allow me to consistently pressure-test my ideas and see what truly holds up under load, across different bodies, and in real-world settings
